Alumni Exhibition

This week I did an extra day teaching in the school and prepared my work for the Alumni Exhibition which opens next week.  I have six pieces in the show representing work I've done on the residency.  Please come along on Thursday night if you are in Edinburgh.

I managed to sneek into the school for a few days during the Easter holidays.  I was unhappy with the large piece I've been working on this past term so I completely reworked it... again and again.

It's my third week on this painting so the surface is getting really nice.  The colour is a bit dead at the moment but I expect to see things brighten up in the coming weeks.
